Kyle Stam, PGA Head Golf Professional

Kyle was the assistant golf professional at Furman University for 4 years prior to taking over as the Head Golf Professional in October of 2009. Kyle attended Appalachian State University where he graduated with a degree in Physical Education. He also attended The Golf Academy of The Carolinas in Myrtle Beach. Kyle has conducted clinics, group lessons, and individual lessons to all level of golfers.

Chuck Lackey, PGA Golf Professional

Chuck has been at Furman since March 2010. Chuck graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration. Chuck became a golf professional in 1989 and was elected into the PGA of America in 1992. During his golf career, Chuck has been employed at several prestigious clubs including Providence Country Club (Charlotte, NC), Forsyth Country Club (Winston-Salem, NC), and Green Valley Country Club (Greenville, SC). Chuck conducts not only private lessons, but also clinics and group lessons.

Jon Allen, PGA Assistant Golf Professional

Jon has been the assistant golf professional at Furman since July of 2010. He graduated from the University of Montana - Western with a degree in Business and Tourism. Jon's teaching abilities come from his PGA education as well as his previous experiences with the American Junior Golf Association, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, and Duke University Golf Club. Jon has taught all skill levels and welcomes private or group lessons.
